  • LDAP Integration with company server synchronizing all active user accounts allowing the entire company to participate
  • Trouble Ticket System allowing all company members to create new tickets and assign them to others
  • Transparency within organization to see when ticket were being worked on
  • Notifications – Users were able to assign themselves to a ticket for noticfications when a comment was added or ticket completed
  • Ticket macros allowing agents to automatically comment and close ticket in one click
  • Activity log tracking showing all actions across the system with who and when the action took place
